I started to receive text messages from this company. It was stated that if I answer back STOP the text will be stopped and I will be not charged, anyway even though I typed STOP (the way it was suggested precisely) I still receive the messages. Also, apparently I have been charged weekly, which as a student affects my personal well being severely! I have no idea how and when I have subscribed but I honestly and for sure could state that I have never wanted or intended to receive any kind of messages like this.in addition, as a consumer I am extremely careful where to share my mobile number. My last statement was for about 32 pounds and my contract is for only 10 pounds per month! In addition I have called a number provided in one of the messages I have received which is 08081890379 and asked precisely to stop those services and still when I talked to my mobile provider (3 mobile) it appears that I am still subscribed to receive those messages.interestingly, the 3 mobile assistant I have talked to told me that even they are unable to disconnect me and cannot find the company or any way to get in touch with them in order to make them stop. They told me also that I have been receiving those messages since January which is unbelievable. Also, I have not been in the UK for at least four months during the summer and still I have been charged. That information disturbed me deeply as an EU student I fund my study myself, also my parents help when they can and any kind of bill which is more than 10 pounds (which now is more than 30 pounds) affects me, my well being, my student life and my personal life, not only I cannot concentrate for my study now even though I am final year in my Bachelor studies but also I have to cut the amount of expenses I am having monthly and believe me not only I am not spending money on going out but now I have to reduce the amount and quality of food I am usually having. As I have already said I am really disturbed because of the losses I have suffered and very very concerned about the following months I am facing.
