I've just read the reviews and feel so stupid. I joined ziinga.com and thought I gots some free bids, so I put in a bid not thinking that I'm gonna win. Than I get an email telling me I won the iPod shuffle. So I filled in the card details to receive the item. Than I check my account and see that they have put on a membership and they had taken the money for it. I emailed them as soon as I saw it. They said that I could get it cancelled, but need to pay £35. I emailed them and told them I can't pay them that amount as I don't have the money, and if they can as a gesture of good will cancel the cancellation fee. But they won't and I phone the card company to block any more payments for them and I'm not paying them the £35 cos I didn't even know I was on a membership and didn't ask to be on one. They now won't replay to any emails. I wanna take legal action against them, as they are a company who are misleading and scamming a lot of people and they need to be closed down.
