I received an email from an acquaintance on October 11 directing me to an online business. I checked it out and read all kinds of testimonials about how much success could be had by enrolling in this business called Real Online Income. I went to the web site to register but decided to back out at the last minute because of the cost. When I tried to exit the site, a flashing, ringing box showed up and said the fee was going to be reduced to $49.50. I dicided to try it andafter enrolling, was told I had to call a phone number to be connected to my own start up specialist. It took until Saturday before I even spoke with anyone from that office. The man I spoke to was Randy Carr and he asked me all kinds of questions ranging from what I expected from the company to what my financial situation was. He advised me to contact my credit card companies and ask for an increase in the credit limits as well as a reduction in the credit rate. That was my homework for the weekend and I have to have this information for him by our next phone appointment on Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM MST. He told me he was calling from Salt Lake City, Utah. I decided to check out the web site and saw a large number of complaints about this company and that it was a scam. I am feeling rather sick about giving my credit card number (not verbally) and when I received the confirmation by email, I found it was not $49.50 but $77.00 instead. I hope you will be able to find out more about this business. This man also told me he had registered with the BBB but when I entered the business name, nothing came up. Hoping to hear from you soon.
