I got my bank statement today with a withdrawl from Palm Loan. Never once did I start a loan process. While on the phone they kept telling me to finish the process and I would get my money back. Never told me the site to go to and finish. Said they would only give me a 100 gas voucher. The Info they have on file does not match me except my bank account. They need to be turned into the BBB
