I purchase the vehicle in question and had to request my money back because the seller was asking for another $1,200 to complete the trasaction. I told the seller that I was not able to pay the extra money and requested a refund. The seller said that she is not responsible for the money that Google check out is but I requeted the money from google checkout and they refuse to aswer my multiple request for refund.

Google Checkout Buyer Protection offers protection only for losses associated with eligible transactions for qualifying vehicles in the following situations:
1. You pay for a vehicle and never receive it.
2. You send a refundable deposit for a vehicle and never receive it.
3. You pay for a vehicle and receive it but suffer losses because:
The vehicle has an undisclosed or unknown lien against its title.
The vehicle make, model or year is different than what was described in the Seller's listing at the time you placed your offer.
A title is required for the vehicle by your state and the Seller's state but you did not receive a title from the Seller and it is not possible to obtain a title from the appropriate DMV.
The vehicle has a title with an undisclosed salvage, rebuilt/rebuildable, unrebuildable, reconstructed, scrapped/destroyed, junk, lemon, manufacturer buyback or water damage brand.

The payment of $2,400.00 must be sent with cash through Western Union Money Transfers directly to our Google Checkout escrow agent. Complete your transaction in 5 easy steps:
Google Checkout provides the Buyer and the Seller the assurance that the transaction will be handled to their specifications. The Buyer deposits the funds into a trust account prior to the Seller releasing the vehicle for inspection. Once the Buyer has accepted the vehicle the funds are disbursed according to the Google Checkout instructions.
Step 1: The Buyer and the Seller agree to terms
Both parties agree to terms, which includes a description of the vehicle, sale price and number of days for the Buyer's inspection.
Step 2: The Buyer pays Google Checkout
The Buyer completes the payment to Google Checkout. When payment is received, it will be verified and secured into a non-interest bearing trust account. After payment is secured, the Seller will be notified to start the shipping process.
Step 3: The Seller ships vehicle to the Buyer
After the payment verification, the Seller is authorized to ship the vehicle. Google Checkout verifies that the Buyer receives the shipment. The inspection period will begin when the vehicle is delivered.
Step 4: The Buyer accepts the vehicle
When the Buyer accepts the vehicle or the inspection period expires (at which point, the Buyer automatically accepts), the disbursement of payment will begin. Please note that Google Checkout may perform additional verification before funds are released.
What happens if the Buyer refuses the vehicle?
If the Buyer refuses the vehicle during the inspection period, the Seller is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.in this case, Google Checkout will refund the Buyer the full amount.
Step 5: Google Checkout pays the Seller
Google Checkout pays the Seller after all conditions of the transaction are met.
