This is, by far, the worst company we have ever dealt with in our lifetime. We ordered a microwave from this company along with paying for the removal of the old unit and it was to be delivered in 7 - 10 days. It took a month for delivery and when it was delivered, we were told that they would not remove the old unit. The people both at Appiances connection and Xcel (their delivery company) were rude and not at all helpful. We will never do business with this company again.
