This company says my husband, who has been in the hospital since 9/10 (and he is still in the hospital) signed up for there services on 9/30. They withdrew 99.49 plus my overdraft fees total of $120.49. Because he is in the hospital I have power of attorney, but they still claim they couldn't tell me anything. This is ridiculous i have never heard of this company until today and all i want is my money back. I have rent to pay hospital bills etc. I don't have the time nor the patience nor the cash to just be giving random folks money. They claim they will cooperate with my local police... BS as quick as they took my cash they should be able to send it back.
