A company I wanted to make an online purchase is using ECMCpal as their "secure" payment site.
They have you prepay amounts on your credit card and then in turn are supposed to pay for submitted purchases. I attempted to prepay the $45 dollars, which it kept saying it failed, but then when I tried to delete my credit card info it indicated it couldn't as there is a prepaid amount on it.
Very frustrating and impossible to discuss issues with their "Live support". They would not provide a phone number or name of anyone in charge. They would only say they will not delete the card and sorry!
I'm at a loss as to how to get my info from them. I called the credit card company and it won't matter if I cancel the card they can still make charges to it because I give them the info.
