I Received a text from phone number 951-662-9734 on my Sprint phone "Your entry last month has WON! Go to BestBuyContest.com and enter your winning code 5* to claim your free $1000 BestBuy gift card within 24hrs.
I called Best Buy after seeing the interent complaints and they said it was a scam and that there is the same scam out for Target and Bank of America they have contacted a company to get this removed. You can call or text your phone carrier to block these text's.
Contest winners are called and mailed or e-mailed per Best Buy.
Old saying if it looks and quacks like a duck it is a duck. I could have used $1000 for the holidays. Ds
