Illegal repo of my car because of no notification of payment due, no copy of contract given and absolutely no communication from company after title loan was funded. Company gives several different addresses. Reps state it is not their resposibility to contact you regarding payment due date, although any legit business would tell you this info. Asked for copy of contract as I could not download it from their website and never received it. Car was repossessed with no notice to me at all. I found out by calling police, as I thought it was stolen. On top of loan plus exorbitant interest, company also wants an additional $880 in fees to redeem vehicle.
