Same as everyone else. I was charged $29.95 on an echeck that I did not authorize. I called the 877 number, they were quick to say they would refund me. They told me the email address (not mine) and an IP address (in a different state). They claim it will be reversed and I'll be refunded, but I don't believe it. My bank won't do anything unless it happens again, so I'm not sure where to go
