I received an official looking document claiming that I was eligible to win $2,454, 800 if I would send twenty-five dollars for a processing fee. There was no explanation about how I won it, who was offering it or any other specific information, save an enclosed envelope and instructions to send the cash. "Cash" was specifically checked on the application.
