I ordered the free Natural Cleanse, and the Lipo Slim with paying postage only. Then in August I received another two bottles that I did not request. Called the 888-242-6470 to report the problem was given two RMA #'s to return the two which was returned on September 4. I also wanted to know why my credit card had been charged two times for the amount of $324.00 dollars, was informed that I should have mailed the first shipment back before 14 days so I was charged for the full amount. I was told the product was free, nothing about 14 day's to return if I wasn't happy. Now I'm getting the run around by the call center about my return, and credit. I've called on 09/17,09/26, and 10/10, and when I get into the real details of what had happen they will talk, then they will hang up on me, I've called back and they would say how sorry they were. But when I related the problem two a new person I was hung up on again, which also happened today. I need my credit and would like to see this complaint resolved. Thank you, JA
