I order a die-cast tow truck, 1953 red DM service truck tow truck model. On Sunday 10/7 I ordered it. I have a confirmation number and paid a parcel payment, they said we will ship it to you on Monday 10/8 on 10/10 2012 they called me, the Danbury mint and they said we are all out of them, we ran out of them. We're so sorry, sorry my * why did they tell me we will ship it on Monday 10/8 and then all of a sudden there all out of them, it is not fair, they lied to me. I think some body else bought a whole lot of them and paid them in full, and they, the DM left me out to dry. People are buying them and selling them on eBay for 500 dollars, who can afford that price? The Danbury model was $149.00, shame on the Danbury Mint, I am very, very up set over this, I am a Loyal customer, I have been buying models from them since the 70's, and now this, I will never trust them again or buy any thing from the Danbury mint, has the whole world gone crazy?
