We had a man who misrepresented himself as an: "agent" from the yellow pages and somehow made my husband sign some paper even though, my husband explained to him that already had made our arrangements, and did not to sign. But he went ahead and repplied. Oh this is just check and make sure everything is fine.
We do feel very strongly, that my husband sign ubder false pretenses, (also my husband never take care of these affairs, as he does not master the English language fluently and has to have an interpreter when reading - and I am the one who is present when dealing with all the reading and signing of contracts. Ther is more to it but, I think this is sufficient
