I received a green past card reading "Pending cash grant claim $20,978 (DOE)" They said that I have a claim that needed to be verified by october 18. I am really furious and I want my money back. The "operator" on the other line said her name was Christine. I gave them my debit card number and I wanted to know how I can be on the safe side in this situation.
