Unrecognized SGD167.18 Charge on Credit Card Statement

I was checking my credit card statement and found a fictitious charge of SGD167.18, which is equivalent to USD130. I do not buy things through Facebook at all. My account is never shared. My kids do not have access to my credit cards. I hope something can be done!
