Jamie can be a good guy but Pat calls the shots. He smokes crack and uses meth. He will get a job but when everything isn't 100% his way, he quits. He has a bad temper too.
Pat is the drama queen of the universe. She has to be the center of attention 100% of her waking hours. She will take to excess any drug she can get her hands on. She is also a big time slut. She'll f*ck any guy (or girl, she plays for the other team when it pays) when there's something to gain. She'll tell the target she's leaving Jamie but it's all bullsh*t, she's just playing on the gullible.
Jamie takes jobs as auto mechanic. Pat will occasionally take a job, usually in auto parts stores until she doesn't get her way or she "gets hurt" and wants workers comp to pay for her supply of Lortabs.
Don't get sucked in to the black hole! Don't loan them money. Don't sell them a vehicle on payments. Don't let them live with you (theft). They're not without resources. Her mom and dad have money and take care of their kids full time. They've got a place to go when they need it and money when they need it.
