I was having problems with My H&R Block software this year I was referred online to go to a H&R Block Location in my Neighborhood and to call first!

That I would get free assistance from a Tax Professional and when I called the girl told me I would have to pay. I said "Well how come everyone I talk to seems to be so dumb.." and before I could finish explaining what I said She said in a loud rude voice!"F*# off!" (I won't repeat it! And hung up!
And these are supposed to be professionals?
