Our company had a number had a number of amounts totaling $ 73 388.00 paid into trust with MacGillivrays Solicitors Brisbane Queensland Australia (Level 2,200 Adelaide Street Brisbane Queensland 4000).
To date these amounts have not been received by ourselves and as recent as today they now deny having the monies in trust.
No trust receipts were ever issued and have now suggested that we prove that the monies were ever held in trust.
The matter has now been reported to the Queensland Legal Services Commission and the Queensland Law Society.
