Was verbally contracted by Robert Collins to tear down an old house located on a property that he had just purchased around the corner from his home. I quoted a price of $1200.00 to tear down the house. After it was down, I was presented with a check written on a California credit union for the sum of $350.00. Had thought I was friends with this individual for almost 9 years. See now he was just a rip-off artist.
