I sent for and received a free sample of idrotherpy. I had to enter my debit card details to pay £5.99 postage. I did not get an option which allowed them to retain my card details. A few days after receiving my free trail sample I received any e-mail advising me that an order costing £99.00 was being dispatched to me. I immediately e-mailed and advised them I didn't want this order, advised them to cancel my account with them and take no money from my debt card. I received an e-mail telling me they did not regonise e-mail cancellations. Given that I am in the UK and this company is in America this is totally unreasonable. I e-mailed again repeating my instructions advising them that it would be illegal to take money from my account. I heard nothing further and assumed they had followed my instructions. A few weeks later I received another order e-mail from the company. I have gone through the same process and received the same response. This scam is costing me £100 a month, money I cannot afford for a product that doesn't do what it claims to do. I am having real difficulties in getting this theft from my bank account stopped
