I was very specific about my burgers being plain with cheese and bacon, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no sauce. I waited 8 minutes. The girl who took my order told the guys making my burgers to make sure they were plain, she did her job. She started to get frustrated it was taking so long and said to them to hurry up 7 minutes is too long! She also said to one of the guys, you were supposed to be helping. He responded by saying "I don't need you on my ass." A little over 8 minutes, I got my burgers drove home to find that my burgers were not plain! I drove back, told them my order was wrong, got a refund for the burgers, asked if they were plain which was confirmed. I drove home to find the lettuce, tomatoes and most of the sauce had been scraped off the same burgers. They obviously did a poor job at trying to decieve a long time customer. I couldn't be more disappointed.
