Only can get a RMA# by emailing [email protected] is what I was told when spoke to floor manger Bill, Mark and Ray I have the last names but no with me now calling 866-356-8434. I have emailed once or twice a day since 1/21/09 still no RMA keep saying I agreed to terms and condition and was over 15days since trail so this is why rec'd 2 bottles of product. Ok but terms says all shipments are guaranteed.
