We drove 2 hours to go to Williams Gun Site in Davison, MI. So my Husband could bring in a new gun to get repaired. The Gun Company told him to bring it there. First time ever going there and once he gets his gun back it will be the very last time we will go to that Gun Store. The Employees are VERY RUDE and I mean Rude! My Husband talked to 3 different guys and two of them were so rude to him he walked away. Then the last guy he talked to was nicer and wanted to help. I noticed how the other Employees there were rude to other customers as well. It takes a lot for my husband to not return to a Business rather it is a Store or Resturant and when we were leaving he told me he wouldn't spend a penny there because the way they treated us. Once he gets his gun back that will be the last time he goes back. The Employees there need some Serious Customer Service Training on how to treat their Customers because if they keep up with that bad attitude of theirs they will be out of business. That Store is so small it is hard to walk in with all the people there at once and when waiting at the counter to get help you need to move out of the way so someone can get pass you. I would never recommend that Gun Store to anyone and my Husband will let everyone he knows and he knows a lot of people cause where he works he deals with people all the time to never go to Williams Gun Site in Davison, Michigan.
