My kids and I are in my Cigna open access private insurance and we came to your Walgreens on fry road and 529 in Katy, Texas. I had talked to this pharmacist that was from overseas that was very intelligent and knew how to do the private insurance. There is alot of welfare (state insurance) going through that store. We went into your store after I made appointments online for me and my 2 teens and my 9 year old. And there was an African American pharmacist that didn't understand how to run my private insurance. So could please stop this from happening to another family. Thank you
