I go in before I go to work and every time I order something he makes it perfectly! Every DD I've been to no one can make my coffee or bagel correctly, but finall6 someone has. It may seen minor, but when I can find someone who makes my day I have to recognize them. Kudos to DD for hiring him I wish he was there more often though so I would be able to stop settling.
