I just had an issue with my Kolbalt Roll Away Tool Box. While trying to get the box onto a ramp, the handle completely came off in my hand and caused me to fall backwards hitting my head and back on the ground. I have had to be off of work since. This is a very dangerous issue. Had I not had my work hard hat on, I could have had even more serious issues. I still have abrasions on my head and have back pain. Lowes did not really do anything but transfer me to Kolbalt. I never even got to talk to anyone for being kept on hold.
