I'm in the tool department at lowes in Danville Il at least once a week. There is this sales associate by the name of Kelly, just to start things off on the right foot, I don't know much about tools! Kelly helps me every time, answering all my anoying questions and never tires of my lack of knowledge! Just want to give that man the credit he is due! With him my visits are always a pleasure.
