Too busy - get aways

I purchased a 2 night stay for 2 in a limited view room & a $25 dining credit (to be booked on Fri & Sat nights) in July. I called the resort several times throughout
July & Aug and got no answer. Finally on 9/1 I got a person who answered and said
that they were over - whelmed with reservations and the earliest I could get one was
in December. Who wants to goto the beach in Dec??? I called Livng Social and told them and they said too bad. I asked for my money to be returned & they said no that they couldn't do it as it wasn't within 7 days of booking. It's not my fault they didn't answer the phone or have an answering machine and I don't and more importantly can't go in Dec and really want my money back. I will never buy anything from Livng Social again!!!
