The above two related merchants (WC MON ESSEN FOR HOME and WC MON VALUEPLUS) claim that from January 27th they have been providing me with 'services' for the value of $21.95 each monthly ($43.90 total). I have never signed up for thier services and don't remember receiving any services of any value from them yet from this date until last month (09/21) when I discovered this suspicious transaction, they have been deducting a total monthly value of $43.90 from my credit card!
On calling them to find out why they were doing this, they claim I signed up for 'services' but also offered to cancel immediately - something that got me suspicious since they could not explain what services they had been providing all along. On checking them out online, I'm not surprised that there are so many complaints similar to mine - do we all have collective amnesia as to when and for what we signed for from these merchants? I believe the law should take its course here...
