I have read usacomplaints. Coms filed by the others on this website and can only concur! This website is a fee racket, they have gaged the site to bait you into paying their fee and then nothing comes out of it. Dead silence.
Their corporate address states they are in Essn, Belgium. Well, there is no city called ESSEN in Belgium (there's one in Germany though!)
