Around may i purchased brian johnson operation millionairr kit. After a couple of months i decided to return it.in his letter it is stated quote: "so, should you wish to receive a refund for your purchase, we are pleased to offer a full 6-month satisfaction guarantee." the company received it on july 20. After that i noticed that my checking account was charged three additional times after that, #59.95 x 3. I called the company 1-877-337-9212 brian johnson's voicemail came on. After voicemail it supposely goes to live customer service. I was able to get thru them and voiced my complaint and they said it will go to the refund dept. I never received any other messages from them except a ticket # when i called. After a couple of weeks i called, again they mentioned they will look into it. Did not here from them so i emaile them and got another different ticket #. I emailed them again and received another different ticket #. I called customer service again and after brian johnson voice mail ends to connect to live operator, no one answers and have not talked to a live customer service person for a month. This is really a scam. Buyer beware. Thanks dan
