I saw this morning there was a withdraw of 29.95 in my personal checking account which caused me to get over-drafted by 33.00 which i simply can not afford. I called the 888 number and Alex said i would receive a confirmation email from his manager today that i would be getting my 29.95 refunded in 3-5 business days so we'll see if i ever get it back. How can someone just go into my account and take money out?
