I ordered this product in August, and immediately cancelled before next shipment was sent. Then about 3 wks after receiving product my account was charged several different amounts totaling 572.00. I called on several occasions and got the same answers as others, computers are down. After arguing with them several times I went to my bank and cancelled my account so that no more charges can be processed. Now they are saying that the card has to be open in order to be refunded. My bank has instructed me to advise them to send the credit to the bank and they will refund to the correct account. No refund has been sent as of today.
