I want a complete refund of all the money I sent via my credit card

I want a refund for the money I spent registering for a program called "Real Quick Commissions." I paid for the initial program: $64 I think, then an up-sale for $297, and then another up-sale for $67. I want all this money REFUNDED. Thank you.
