My husband ordered a pair of Birki's Active clogs and used my Paypal account (thankfully!) to do so. I contacted Paypal and even though the seller indicated a shipping confirmation number, the day the package was delivered, Paypal refunded the money and charged Xin Yang. I hope no one else falls for this scam and consider us to be lucky that Paypal resolved the issue. All in all, my husband is out a pair of shoes he was looking forward to receiving, but I got a new sponge.
