Ripoff they charged 3720.00 to take a course on how to buy real estate and did not know anything on how to purchase a property in california

This is a scam they dont teach you anything because they dont know the laws and regulations from your county! I spent 3720.00 so a guy from arizona would call me once a week for 30 minutes for 6 weeks to discuss how to purchase property, but he only knew about arizona not california! So all the information he told me was garbage!!!
