I had a plan that I would never pay more than $4.399 agallon for oil and if the price went lower I would pay the lower price. $4.399 was the price they charged me for every delivery.
1/22 Courier Post ran an article showing how the prices have changed, bridge tolls etc.
And it said home delivery oil took a 50 cent jump from#3.479 to $3.96 This is the price I should have been payinlg for the 2012 heating season, When I brought this to their attention after every delivery I only got into an argument, and was told I had to pay the $4.399. There was a fine of $399.00 if I stop buying oil from them.
