I reported to e-on gas that my gas meter was faulty at 5pm on the 29/09 and was told an engineer would be out too me with-in 4 hours however 4 hours had elapsed and i then rang e-on again at 9pm only to be told that i had another 4 hour slot i waited til 11.30pm and called again and was told that an engineer would not be coming out to me til the following day 30/09 i called e-on yet again at 0815hrs and was told an engineer would be out with-in yet another 4 hours the time now is 1340hrs and on speaking to e-on yet again they cannot give me any idea as to why an engineer has not been out to me i explained to them that i have young children in the house and that i am registered as disabled and have no heating no hot water or any cooking facilities i have made calls too e-on only to be told that they are sorry i have now been without a gas supply for over 21 hours and have spent money on buying food from takeaways last night this morning and for lunch today and have had to buy an electric heater to keep my children warm and have now used more electricity than normal and not to mention the calls i have made to them and can say the lengh of each call has been just short of an hour each time
