Subject: Hernando County DCF/KCI: Case # 04-29DBA URGENT COMPLAINT
To whom it may concern:
Below find my intial Complaint, In addition the responses from the
following
persons to whom were notified I am Requesting A Complete
Investigation into
the Placement of My Grandchildren. Kinship VS Foster Placement has
been
Seriously Violated in regards to the Following Florida Statues: (In
addition Below
Referenced Complaint I will include responses. I Expect someone to
contact me in
regards to Preparing Reunification with my Grandchildren Prior to
their First
Birthday September 26th. I Welcome a Second Home Inspection
at any Given
Time Requesting Representatives of Hernando DCF/KCI and its
representatives be
investigated and not be a part of home inspection. Also Request
initial review
of Richard Forrester (Hernando DCF/KCI) Initial Report which
stated his
recomendation was the boys be allowed to reside at 11146
Thornberry drive Spring
Hill, Fl with grandmother he felt no danger with appropiate services.

FS: 39.501 (7)" A child may not be removed from the home or
continued out of
home pending disposition if, with the provision of appropiate and
available
early intervention or preventative services, including services
provided in the
home, the child could safely remain at home"
In regards to above Statue the following provisions were in place
Per the
Grandmothers Efforts Prior to the Interference of DCF/KCI Inc.
1) Maxium Home Health Services
2) CMS Children's Medical Services
3) Private Shriners Hospital Sponsor
4) Medical Training and background with CPR Infant and Adult
5) Time spent at All Children's Hospital Daily From September 26th
2003
through January. However DCF/KCI Failed to Report all
Physical Contact to the
Courts in Regards to Grandmother and Paula McIntosh's (Partner)
participation
during this time.
The Following are Policies VIOLATED By the Following DCF/KCI
CaseWorkers:

To Whom It May Concern:
On July 9th a home study was conducted at my residence of
11146
Thornberry Drive Spring Hill, Florida 34608. The Home Study was
inadequately
performed. The Home Study was performed out of the specified time
range. The
Department became Dependent over my Grandchildren (Twin Boys Born
Sept 26th
Prematurly). The date of Dependacy was 02/10.
Lydia Haber DECLINED to perform a home inspection as she made no
attempt to
place my Grandchildren with Next of Kin (Myself as Maternal
Grandmother).
The Department involvement in this case is Extremely borderline as
I find No
Florida Statue, State or Departmental Guildelines allowing or
permitting the
department to intervene on children with Specific Medical Needs in
which the
Children were never in the Home. They were removed from the
hospital Based on
Mere Allegations.
On June 21st I filed a Motion to The Court In Regards to
representing
Pro-Se as well as Intervenve to Party in this case, as well as
Motion
Requesting Immediate Intervention on the Department Failure to
Follow Proper Procedure.
I have been in contact with State Representative Sandra Murman's
Legal
Assistant as well as other Political Contacts. The above motions
are set to be heard
in Hernando County Court September 7th.
After the filing of the Motion DCF Scheduled a Home Inspection. 6
MONTHS
After they were dependenct of the court.in addition do to
Complaints in the
motion the department Placed one of the twins in another Foster
Residence after
allegations of Neglect in the Foster Setting. Coincidently the
department told
the Judge Prior that the Foster setting was the best Placement for
the childs
Medical needs.
My Grandchildren has NEVER been with family, only in a hospital
and Foster
care. No Evidence of any Abuse, Neglect or Abandonment.
My story will be poster below, and I PLEAD with someone for
immediate review
of this case Prior to the Court date. This has been completely
mishandled.
The denial of my home study was not based on my residence but 1
Single charge
not (Conviction) of domestic Violence 4 Yrs ago which was NFSAO (
Unethical
to use) As Judge through case out. (Evidence Availible) as well as
they state
medical Needs of Children can not be meet in the home.
We have recieved Infant CPR Training, CMS Services, Home Health
care,
Shriners, and many other resources. Furthermore the department can
Not Prove Needs
can not be met as the children have not been placed with NEXT OF
KIN as required.

families
