Hi my name is Farina * I live in the state of Oklahoma. I have been here since Sept 9. I came to Oklahoma to fight for my grandchildren which the state of Oklahoma took back in March.
Yesterday Tuesday Jan 19TH at 9 am I was back in court, before Judge Kirby.
The OKDHS are still continuing to fight me about my grandchildren. They are not giving me my grandsons. I have been at every court hearing. I am not a felon, I have never been to prison. I love my grandsons.
The case worker her supervisor, Tara J Bone in court yesterday told the court that it wouldn't be a good idea for me to have visitation with my grandchildren, because it will cause them to have a set back.
Oklahoma DHS now has everyone of my grandsons on medication. That's wrong. My grandsons never had to be on medication before, since they were taken by the system they have been on medication around the clock. This is dangerous for my grandchildren to be on especially there is nothing wrong with them. The children only wants to come home. Because the children speaks their mind, they don't want to hear it and therefore put the babies on medicine.
Also now all of my grandsons are labeled as Therapeutic foster children, which at that tune says that they aren't adoptable at this time.
Tara J Bone she told the court that i don't deliver on my promises, meaning that i tell the children that they will be home and so she called me a liar in other words. Tara bone she is the OKDHS and the only reason that my promise hasn't been fulfilled is due to her.
Tara Bone has been on my grandchildren case from day one. She was the initial case worker with the exception of the worker who actually took the children in to custody.
Tara J Bone, she doesn't have any biological children of her own. She adopted some children through the foster care agency. She's never given birth, she doesn't know how it feel to have to go through something like this.
Not, only that especially when you're the grandmother and you know you are in compliance with the rules and guideline's.
You see my daughter, A now 29 years old person she relinquished her parental rights in court on September 15TH. So i am fighting real hard to not loose my grandsons. These boys are my everything.
Tara J Bone, she knows that i moved and relocated from Nevada to Oklahoma. She has even called me on several occasions. She knows that i even flew into Oklahoma to visit the boys on several times before i moved to Oklahoma. She knows as well that I've sent the children gifts. But more than anything Tara j Bone knows that i love my grandchildren.
Tara J Bone has denied me my grandchildren temporary placement as well as permanent placement. She has lied to me about staffing, well several staffing meetings in regards about placing my grandkids with me. I don't believe that there was any meeting to favor me at all.
I have been denied too many times to count, but i am not giving up on this because i know that i am right. I am not wrong. How can this be.
I am not a felon. I have never been to prison. I am military retired. I have two college degrees. I am a registered voter. I am a loving grandmother and will not leave or give up on my grandchildren.
I am my grandsons voice. We will be heard. I am not going anywhere.
OKDHS has personal issues with me. I haven't done anything wrong I am just a woman a grandmother that refuses to let go of her grandchildren in foster care, that the system plan on to adopting them out to strangers and in return they the OKDHS will receive thousands and thousands of dollars for my grandchildren. That's wrong.
I am doing all that i can to keep my grand babies in our family.
Tara Bone she was just a case worker in now she is a supervisor 2010. I guess it is sure to say she has given her job security a lot of revenue, meaning all of the children that she has kept in the system.
Tara bone, she got my daughter caught up. I know of one incident where she called the Oklahoma Pd and had my daughter thinking she was having a visit and the Oklahoma Police took my daughter to jail. On this matter, with the police it was cleared up. But Tara Bone of OKDHS did called the PD. OKDHS are dirty. They can't be trusted.
But, in court, the Judge Richard W Kirby approved for me to have visits with my grandchildren. Therapeutic and Supervised visits. With restrictions.
Restrictions are not to talk about them coming home. Not to talk to them about adoption or who they will be living with. Not to talk about anything of our reunifying as a family. So visitation was approved.
Tara Bone, OKDHS was against my visitation.
Today Wed Jan 20TH I called Tara Since, she is the Supervisor of the case worker, which i learned in court, that there is now yet another new worker on my grandchildren case. So i telephoned her this morning making an appointment for the visitation with my grandchildren.
Now what baffles me is that, This woman Tara Bone as i called her inquiring about our visit, she had the nerve to tell me leave my number, i did, that she will get in touch with the therapist and get back with me. Ok, Alright. The part that got me was when she, Tara Bone said, that she will make the visits work!
She will make the visits work! Wow! Because in court, she was against me. How am I supposed to take this. For sure I am not trusting anything, that she is dishing out. I just see a set up. Honestly. OKDHS is dirty. You have to be real careful. Definently be on your guard.
I am a wonderful grandmother, who loves and misses her grandsons, I refuse to let this state take my life from me and our family.
I just want my daughter's sons back home and out of the Oklahoma State Foster Care system. They have a loving grandmother that has put her life on hold to fight for them. I am my grandson's voice.
Prayer For My Grandchildren:
Heavenly Father Please Hear My Cry. O Heavenly father, please watch over my grandchildren where ever they are. Please comfort them, their little hearts and souls. O Dear God please give them peace of mind. Help them rest their weary minds and confusion that they are feeling, while they are away from family and love ones and in the homes of strangers. Please Dear God keep my grandchildren safe. Please bring them home.
To My grandsons. Grandma Loves You. God Bless. I miss and want all of you boys home. I am praying for your safe return. I'm Praying this will all be over soon.
Lord! Please answer our prayers.

A note to all readers: Don't trust any OKDHS/CPS/DFCS/DSS. Don't trust this government agency or any when it concerns to your children being in the foster care system.
