I received an unauthorized transaction in my checking acct. On 9/12 for $62.95. I called my bank and they told me to call Dri*Trend Micro www.findmyorder.com. So I called Dri* Trend Micro at a long distance phone # 1-952-646-5980. I told them I did not order no such product and asked for a credit back into my checking. Then I found out they had my debit card # and all my info. They sent me an email and told me to click on a link in order to get my refund. I did. It said I would receive my credit within 7 - 10 business days. On 9/27 still no credit for $62.95. Called Dri* Trend Micro again and they try telling me they sent the credit and that I need to call my bank regarding the situation. Called my bank and there was no such credit anywhere for my acct. My bank now advised me to close my debit card to prevent further charges from Dri* Trend Micro. Now my bank is going to handle the matter of getting my credit (if they can). Why isn't there a lawsuit against this company Dri* Trend Micro. There are way too many complaints and this is FRAUD!!! My unauthorized order # 10928524300. Serial #PFEF-0014-9412-15496183
