Given false info on Iphone plan twice - AT & T cell phone service

I am so frustrated and disgusted by the service I received at the A t n T store at the southcenter mall here in tukwila washington. On or about Feb or Mar this year I went in to get an Iphone for my son. I was approached by a rep name DeShaun or DeJuan. I told him that I wanted to get the Iphone posted in the store for 49.99 with an unlimited everything plan. He replied "mam we have the thing just for you". After getting everything set up we talk about a questimate rate of what it would cost monthly. He said on the average $110.00 a mo. Ok that sounds good and that everything unlimited? He replied "yes mam everything unlimited". I said talk, text and internet and he said yes. With thinking we got a great deal, I came back a week to a week and half later and got one for my daughter. Greeted by the same rep. I told him I wanted to the same phone and plan for my daughter. Again he said "we have got the plan for you". Did the signing on this phone and plan and I asked again. Now this is the same plan my son has right? He said yes. I said unlimited everything and he said "yes mam". So with that I entrusted him and we went on. The first bill came out and it was astronaumical and most time they are. But this was waaaayyy out there. So I spoke with a rep and she explained to me at that time that there was no such plan as a unlimited everything like I have with Sprint. I paid for each feature separately. Talk is this amount and text is this amount and internet is this amount which comes to... To crazy amount. I had gotten scammed. And to top it off, I am locked into this for 2 years or risk ruining my credt. Over the past months I call every month to see how much the bill is. It has affected my mental health to the point of straight depression. I truly feel this rep took advantage of my disability, only to make a sale for his commission. It doesn't matter that it has affected my livelihood. I spoke with one of your managers after many months of frustration and the only advice she gave to me is to closed the account and and pay the early termination. Nobody still addresses the fact that your sales rep gave misleading and false information, not once but twice and my son was with me to get his phone and can attest to this conversation. My friend who saw me so distress called th south center store and talk to Muhammed who told us that the rep had been fired and became rude and hung up. This is the type of service I have received with your phone company and if management is that way that is were the misleading information start... Bad service starts with management and trickles down. So while now my credit ist at risk because I can no longer keep the service and is in no position to pay the early termination fees off before it goes to collection I will have to take the loss of a lying sales rep who has now gone on. I have also been advised that this may not be true that he is fired, you are only covering for him and he is your number one salesperson bec of how he scammed my family. I feel that A t n t should not hold me responsible for the late termination fees and that they should honor the plan that this rep described. Because what I do know is that some of my friends have the unlimited plan. They got their phone last year.in most cases when this arrives with reputable business they will honor the mistake of their rep and not take advantage of someone that is disabled like myself and my daughter. This is very very bad and poor poor business. I have never been so humiliated by a business like I have by A t n t. The options given to me where those that was only for me to put out more money to you with no recourse or consequences to the person who started this whole abuse to me. I only pay the price. I think A t n t should return my deposit if they are not willing to honor the unlimited plan that DeShaun or DeJuan claimed we were getting
