They took $99.49 from my account without my permission. They are telling me that I sent them all my information on line on 9/18 and requested a membership with them. I did not. It's not even in my computers history for that day or any other day. I requested my money back. They said they will cancel my membership and not charge my account any future payments but I have to submit to them a refund request, that they can still deny, for the $99.49 that they already took. I'd like to know how they can get away with this and they need to refund the money they stole from me. I have reported them as fraudulent through my bank and they have closed my account. I also filed a form at the Lincoln Police Department. This is definitely a scam and they need to be shut down. This is definitely apparent from the over 3000 recent complaints against them.
