I authorized payment on a credit card for a advanced cleaner and they were to update the one I had (which I had paid for in June) and I noticed I was using a free one that was always asking for an update charge. They told me to pay them $149.99 and they would reimburse me for the first payment. They did neither and also completely erased the one I had. I tried to contact them right back; however, they would not answer their phone.
