Ordered a part for sons quad and paid $45 for next day shipping (order #265664) since we are going on a trip tomorrow. Got an email confirming order and my card was charged but got no shipping tracking number. Tried to call but got answering machine. Left message and sent an email requesting taking information. Called the sales department so I could get the address where it was being shipped from so I could try to track it with FedEx myself. After being on hold for 33 mins I talk to the "parts manager"who won't tell me his name. He yells at me when I request the address and says that they don't handle shipping in the sales dept. When I stated that I only needed the address, he states there are multiple warehouses where product is shipped from then hangs up on me. After doing some research, I found their rating with BBB.org is d minus and they used to be BARCO TRADING LLC and that rating was an F. The PO box address for both business are the same PO Box 280 in San Antonio, TX 76472. I also found a physical address of FM51N in Weatherford, TX. I think someone needs to take major action to shut this business down and everyone should be keeping track of charges on their cards since they keep that information on file. I'm still awaiting resolution and will be doing my part to stop thus from happening to others.
