We thought we were accquiring an account dealing directly with Directbuy in Naperville, Il, instead we were signing what they call a no-cancelation contract with a finance company (Beta Finance) We were told to present a check, which would be used as down paymeny and to set up automatin payment for our account. The auto payments never happened and we ended up paying late payments over the phone, which we can't afford.
We were told that the check was misplaced and on one of the payments they said that the routing number was wrong. How can the routing be wrong when the routing number is on the check that we had given them? We feel that we have been scammed into this whole matter, and would like to have this contract canceled and our funds returned. We haven't use any of the Bestby products do not trust to do business with them, nor their finance company. I have asked this Company not to call my place of work and they continue to do so. Please assist me in canceling this contract. I have also sent an email to Directbuy and haven't heard anything from then since.

At the time me accuired this account, my wife was working full time, and now her hour has been cut to parttime. I can't afford the payments for this account and maintain my house note. I asked to cancel this account due to hard ship and Beta Fianance insist that there is no-cancelation. I cannot jeopardize my home for a contract that I have never used, and probably will never use.
