I have order the organaslim and the organacleanse at the R39.00 each and the money was deducted from my credit card account, however I have only received the organa cleanse. I have placed the order on the 2nd May. I have called the support centre in South Africa on a number of occations but every time I was told that the products have been shipped and might be held at customs. I called the customs collections department in cape town, but they could not assist me as I have not received any tracking numbers for the products. Then on the 27th of August an amount of R753.44 was taken from my credit card account, followed by another amount of R788.49 on the 13th August and then again an amount of R832.56 on the 14th and then on the 29th an amount of R900.00 was taken out of my account as well. I called the support centre again on 26th September and queried the deductions from my account and the person on the phone told me that I did not read the fine print and their terms and conditions.
