On 09/07 I ordered their trial anti-wrinkle cream It was shipped 09/10, received 09/12 or 13, opened 09/14. Order 50379, but cancelled order 54557 on 09/25. They billed my credit card on 09/22 for $84.76. I resent their counting from the moment it was ordered and NOT from when it was tried. Since I can NOT use it, I would like a refund to my credit card. I never heard of not having a 30-day trial.
